Uncanny Avengers #14 is a bit of a mixed bag. It isn't much of a tie-in to Civil War II, which is probably a good thing considering how that now-delayed event series tends to slow things down. One shocking and great aspect of this story is the inclusion of The Hand, as it spells disaster and doom for pretty much every member in the Unity Squad; so that's something for readers to get excited about! This Civil War II tie-in surprised me by actually not being too bad. It was pretty fun, but I really didn't like the characterization of Captain America. I want to get moving on the real story of this title, but I guess I'll have to wait at least another month for that. Read Full Review
Seems way too dark for this series even for Civil War II. I'm not a fan of Cable or Doctor Voodoo, but it looks like they will be taking center stage for the near future.
