This was an ok issue. I'm not loving Venom War, and I didn't love this issue, but it fit the event and provided some context. Worthwhile to read, but I won't remember most of it in a week.

A pretty solid way to wrap things up here. I think Grønbekk, particularly, did a nice job of writing Meridius. The way he was written was one of the aspects I enjoyed most about this. Still, though, I will hold onto the idea that these last three issues really could have been Issues #9, #10, and #11 of the mainline Carnage book with "Venom War Tie-In" slapped on all three.
