I'll say it again, "Wolverine is my favorite on-going series at Marvel comics right now. I never thought I'd be writing that, mainly the Wolverine part." I mean every word of that. It's a story that sounds pretty cheesy, but when you take the time to sit and read it, you'll love it. The writing and art are the tops, and this issue is one of my favorites from this series. I've been reviewing this book on and off since issue one, and you haven't bought it and read it yet, then you're really missing out on something special. Yes, it's a Wolverine book, but it's a darn good Wolverine book. Read Full Review

Once again the real star here is Renato Guedes and his incredible pencil work. I love the way Guedes draws Wolverine, especially his nod to the old school with Wolverine’s hair. His ability with human faces, the thin lines that give definition to each face is really what saves the day. As unfulfilling as Roger’s story is, the scene where he loses his wife is absolutely devastating, largely due to Guedes art. I’m not giving up on the Wolverine series, and I still think Jason Aaron does great work, I’d just hate to see something as great as the Red Right Hand fall victim to being dragged out so long that nobody cares. Blame Hulk bro, not the Wolverine. And it’s clear Aaron want the people affected to be all assholes so we can not sympathize with them, but it would be interesting if an innocent got affected by his actions
