One final thought I'll leave you - if you are a fantastical fan of Spider-Man, you'll definitely love this issue because they integrate a character that includes details that will leave you absolutely jaw-dropping, giddy with joy, and laughing all at once! If you weren't a reader of Spider-Man before, this may change your experience with the character.

I feel like this story has been slept on from the public eye. It is such a fantastic story that if you are looking for something that is exciting and new yet familiar, this is the series I would 100% recommend to anyone, especially if you are a Batman fan.

If you're looking for a story that has mystery, action, suspense, and thriller,Hell To Pay is the way to go. From the first pages to the end of the issue, you're going to wish that they released it as a graphic novel because the first issue alone makes you feel like you just got a teaser and left wanting more!

Klik Klik Boom is one of the best stories to come out from the comic industry this year. A perfect balance of humor, action, mystery, and drama, this series is worthy of everyone's pull list.

The continuation of theBattle Chasers series has lived up to the hype so far with it being one of the most anticipated series of the year. It has gone above and beyond everyone's expectations, and it shows no indication of slowing down.

Whether or not you're a fan of horror, there's no denying that you'll get hooked on the story and it won't let you go. This is a prime example of how the perfect mix of writing, art, and lettering can be done well to give you a fantastic story that is quite unmatched by anyone else. The artistic team has done a phenomenal job here, and Boom! Studios would be crazy not to continue this story.

The story may be the ride, but the artwork is what sells it as the experience. The creators behind this issue have done a phenomenal job of leveling up each story with a new twist and elevating the stakes for the protagonist. But most of all - the issue starts with a very, very exciting surprise Spider-hero character that I think any fan of Spider-Man will absolutely drop their jaw when they read it. And fun fact - I kinda dropped an Easter Egg in this article about this. Hope you enjoy!

There is not a series like this that takes a subgenre inside a niche style and makes it work as an exciting story.Arcade Kings is one that any fan of arcade, anime, or the 80s/90s would definitely enjoy.

Although Batman is the inspiration for this team, I love how original the stories and characters are here. The Batman fan in me feels like this is allowing us to live vicariously through these more accessible characters because the team is made up of more of the common person who dedicated themselves to bettering the world around them with what they're given. The creative team just does a wonderful job with making this such an exciting spy-thriller-mystery team story that this is easily becoming one of my favorite hero teams in comics.

The momentum ofBatman Incorporated continues from issue to issue, and the latest doesn't show any signs of slowing down. This is an issue that will leave fans truly wondering what will happen next as there are so many directions it can go with no real indication as to where.

This issue is an exemplary way of picking up where a story left off 20 years prior that appeases loyal fans and gains new readers. For those who are looking for an exciting and excellent fantasy-based comic, there is no other story this year better than this.

I can't say this enough - do NOT dismiss this run simply because it incorporates a popular gaming franchise. The creative team has done a phenomenal job of making this a thrilling story that all fans alike can follow and enjoy. It is not an easy feat to seamlessly tie two popular properties into one existing story, but the creative team made it look like it has always been together all along.

Whether you are a fan of Hulk from popular culture or of his comics, I think this is a story that everyone will enjoy. The mystery, drama, and suspense are like none other, and it leaves you wide-eyed for the next issue to learn more about the history of Worldbreaker.

This is a fascinating story that has you hooked from beginning to end. Although some parts were predictable, that didn't stop you from second-guessing yourself nor did it stop you from enjoying it. Definitely give this issue a read!

The story continues what makes the previous arc successful in the new arc: mystery, action, drama, pulling you in for the ride at every possible moment with a group of characters that you'll love. Although there is a disconnect with the previous issue and some unclear decisions on the art, the issue has already proven that the next arc of Batman Incorporated will be another exciting spy thriller.

Arcade Kings continues to prove itself to stand out from the rest of the comics that are out there. The theme is unique, the story is multifaceted, and the style brings out so many emotions that the reader is sure to enjoy.

If you want a Batman team-up story that doesn't include the Bat family and gives you that Mission: Impossible spy thriller vibe, then this is the comic for you. It's new and different and it still fits under the world of the popular Batman theme, and it's been a hell of a ride so far!

If you haven't been reading this series, you're definitely missing out. It's a fresh story in the world of Batman that gives you all of the elements of the Dark Knight but gives a fresh new perspective with new characters and stories. If you can't find the previous issues, definitely order the trade paperback. This series should be on your pull list.

Once again, the creative team behind this comic knocks it out of the park. This issue starts off with a fun "Indiana Jones-ish" opening and ends with a major action-packed fighting sequence that is so enjoyable to read as well as take in the artwork.

The story continues to hit it out of the park, making the horror genre enjoyable to read which recreates cinematic elements on pages that is very difficult to create. Although there were a few bumps along the way in how the issue was created, this is a story that should become a standard for those who wish to create horror-genre comics.

Mosely is a breath of fresh air that combines superheroism, family, technology, and apocalyptic events, and creates a story of hope and redemption on both a micro and macro level that the creators are pulling off very well.

This series was phenomenal since issue 1 and it never let up when it hit the ground running.w0rldt33 is the best horror comic story out there right now as it serves to be an essential primer on how to write and draw a fascinating story in the comics medium.

In the current era where nostalgia is all the rage, Arcade Kings taps into an area of this genre that hasn't been explored and makes it a modern story that all can enjoy. Joe's journey keeps getting more suspenseful in every issue, and it's leaving the readers thrilled with its mystery and exciting fighting scenes.

This issue is clearly setting up for the next major event that will happen for Batman Incorporated. Although our time with Professor Pyg is up after this issue, readers will be nothing short of excited to see what lies ahead for this superhero team.

A departure from the traditional superhero comic,Arcade Kings gives you a story where you're not sure whether it's a Disney or anime-inspired story, but you do know that you love it and want to immerse yourself back into the world of classic video games.

The setup in this issue is wildly exciting and leaves a lot of questions coming up for the next issue. As long as Brisson and Timms lead the story in a way that makes it very distinct and different from the previous arc, this story should be a success that will leave a lot of fans ecstatic.

This is a great study in how to write and draw a psychological thriller that includes beloved characters that have a long and established history. Whatever you think you knew about the Riddler and the Batman - you can leave it behind when you turn the cover.

The creative team here does a fantastic job of continuing the essence of Deadpool in new and challenging ways. Though there were a few moments that may have been cringeworthy, the issue overall is a hit.

Although the art took me until the end of the issue to get used to and appreciate, this has quickly become one of my favorite fantasy-based comic stories. Whether you're a long-time fan of the genre or looking for something new to read, you'll find yourself immersed in the world of Athea, rooting for Shayde Whisper and following her journey.

Although I wouldn't classify this as a comic book, this is still a kick-ass story. Snyder's writing is, as always, superb, and the artistic team made that world come to life with their illustrations. I commend this team for attempting something new with comic books by pushing the boundaries of how we think about and read comic books in their form. Even though I'm not sure it'll change the industry, this book definitely stands out as a unique take on visual storytelling.

This run of "Tim Drake: Robin" continues to get more exciting. The creative team here seems to really hit a great stride for this Boy Wonder, which is impressive since this is their first issue together. This next arc is one to keep an eye on!

View Issue       View Full Review

Since the start ofTim Drake: Robin, issue #9 is hands down the best issue by the creative team. This story is probably one of the more underrated stories, and it's nice to see Tim Drake and his friends get the care they receive from Fitzmartin, Cizmesija, Loughridge, and Reed.

I know there's a common complaint among comic readers that there are too many current Batman stories. But reading this issue, I can see why this is the case. There are so many ways to tell an exciting story with the Caped Crusader that limiting those storytelling opportunities would be a shame. I love unique, original takes on a popular character, and this issue has piqued my interest in seeing where the story goes from here and the future fate of the soul of Gotham City.

Jordan, Brevel, and Brosseau continue to deliver a horror comic filled with violence, mystery, and suspense that grabs onto you and won't let go. The writing is encapsulating, the artwork is mesmerizing, and the story is so sensational that you can't get it out of your head.

Overall, this was a great story. Although the art had a couple of moments where I felt it struggled, the artwork as a whole was phenomenal. The composition and use of space were really well done, and the story was really fascinating and captivating. I honestly cannot wait to read the previous issues and for the next one to come out!

This was a great concluding story to a wonderful character series. Although it felt like it could have used a few pages or even another entire issue to help with the pacing and bring the story to a fuller conclusion, this was a wonderful story that was written and illustrated in a very fun and exciting way.

When he's known for giving maximum effort, Deadpool extends this same philosophy to his love life, which means maximum action, maximum romance, and maximum violence. Wong, Pina, Milla, and Sabino captured a wonderful story that leaves us to wonder what will happen next with the lovebirds.

The creative team did a fantastic job overall. They captured the spirit of the popular television show. They transformed it into a new universe with a new story while keeping the fun, campy, mysterious, action-packed elements that make the Slayer world so exciting. As the series heads into the final issue for the story arc, one can be excited to see how the conclusion unfolds with the hope that some of the weaker parts of the issues will be missing for its finale.

Although the final issue was a bit disappointing with wrapping up loose ends and leaving out critical information, it still holds up as a decent issue to a story that is terrific overall.

This seems like a great first arc for Poison Ivy, and the creative team behind this has done a phenomenal job in telling her story and honoring her character very well. Although the artwork was not appealing to me, it was more to do with style preferences than it does with the work itself. I cannot wait to see where the story goes for the future of Pamela Isley, aka Poison Ivy.

This is a great first issue for a Deadpool story. If you are someone that has always been interested in getting into a Deadpool comic run for the first time, you can't go wrong with this. It captures the character of Wade Wilson well and you don't need to have any previous knowledge of any story to dive in and enjoy this next adventure of the "Merc With A Mouth."

View Issue       View Full Review

Overall, this was an average issue that wasn't necessarily thrilling and exciting, but it wasn't poor or boring either. If anything, it at least makes you appreciate the story as a collected series rather than getting it issue by issue. But anyone who enjoys Deadpool will probably enjoy this series.

View Issue       View Full Review

The series as a whole was great, but this last issue felt rushed to the end if I'm being honest. It felt like parts were skipped just to deliver the end result and the last issue suffered for it. However, the story as a whole is wonderfully fun and I can't wait to see the next Fortnite X Marvel series.

View Issue       View Full Review

Though with its faults in the storytelling process, this was an enjoyable issue. It wrapped up the story so as to not leave too many loose ends open, and still leaves the door open for more Radiant Pink stories, which is confirmed in the final pages of the issue that she will be back.

View Issue       View Full Review

Although the last issue didn't allow the story to develop fully and had some artistic choices that were questionable, it's definitely an issue that helps round out the story of Tim Drake and his love of his family.

View Issue       View Full Review

Aside from my own personal artistic tastes and a point of confusion, I thought this was a good story. It's nice to see a superhero sidekick not only get their own story, but also their own personal archnemesis. I'm excited to see where this story will lead for Tim and Bernard, and if Tim decides to go out on his own.

View Issue       View Full Review

The first issue of the series takes a little bit of a stumble, especially for newer readers who may be reading about this world for the first time. But the story and art have a lot of promise that can lead one to check out the next issue to see what happens.

View Issue       View Full Review

The series as a whole has been a roller coaster. Some issues were phenomenally great while others weren't as strong as the others. But the final issue should really solidify the quality of the story as a whole, which comes out in August.

View Issue       View Full Review

Although the weakest aspect of this issue for me was the art, overall this was a fine story. I think this really connects with teenagers and young adults really well with the story and art. It's not one I am rushing to get off the shelves right away but am definitely looking forward to reading when its available on DC Infinite.

View Issue       View Full Review

Overall, the arc was good, but it felt like a major firework rocket that didn't take off. There was so much build-up in issue 10 and 11 that this issue just seemed to fizzle out at the end. Hopefully, issue #13 will kick off the new arc with a planned ending that will definitely give it a bang.

View Issue       View Full Review

Overall, this is definitely an experience. It's not a series I would read again just because it doesn't appeal to me, but that doesn't mean it's bad. It's just something that I still have no idea what my own opinion is about the issue and the story. So this is one that you should try to read an issue (maybe cheap on digital or borrow someone's first) to see if this is something you'd like to read for yourself.

If this was a comic for a specific middle school audience that enjoys the very colorful animation style of cartoons, then I would say that this comic hit the mark. But if it was meant for a broader audience, then I would probably skip this story if you are looking for a Batgirls story about Barbara Gordon, Stephanie Brown, and Cassandra Cain.
