Justice League vs. Godzilla vs. Kong (2023) #7 |
May 21, 2024 |
Overall Justice League vs Godzilla vs Kong as a series was a great ride! My only issue with this final series though is that it felt a little rushed in places and felt as though plot points were forgotten about and thrown back in so they could wrap up the story. But with that said, as a fan of Godzilla and the Justice League, this series was right up my street. If you ever wanted to see Superman uppercut the King Of The Monsters, then look no further! |

Superman '78 (2021): The Metal Curtain #5 |
Mar 5, 2024 |
Superman 78: The Metal Curtain #5 has some pretty great Superman moments, especially towards the end of the issue as Superman heads to Moscow to deal with Metallo, here we see him get a taste of the propaganda that they have shared about him and he sees just how ruthless and undignified Metallo really is. |

Action Comics (2016) #1072 |

Action Comics #1072 is a great issue that goes along way to explain to Superman and the readers exactly what the stakes are. After reading this issue I am even more excited to find out what is going to happen! |

Action Comics (2016) #1074 |
Nov 6, 2024 |
Action Comics #1074 is another fantastic issue which sees Superman fall further and further away from victory and whilst Superman is in a rush to leave Krypton, I am very much enjoying him being there. |

Superman (2023) #15 |
Jun 27, 2024 |
Superman #15 and the House Of Brainiac story arc was quite a wild ride. It was scary, action packed and an excellent way to breathe life and fear into a brand new villain. I cannot wait to see more consequences and possibilities of this. |

Superman (2023) #18 |
Sep 18, 2024 |
What I will say is impressive about this series so far is the way that each of these separate comic series tie in and expand on the entire Absolute Power story arc so far. Whilst you aren't required to read all of the tie ins, I actually want to as they really do elaborate on the reasoning behind our heroes and villains decisions. Though as mentioned previously, my only criticism is the order in which they are released. |
