Overall, this issue was a joy to read and has me looking forward to the next, especially because I've seen some solicits that gave away an interesting character pairing. Be morphinominal and give this book a Go! Go! Read Full Review

Go Go Power Rangers is the superhero book any comic fan should at the very least check out. The characters feel real, the tone is great, and it just always leaves you wanting more. If you haven't jumped on Go Go Power Rangers yet, this issue is a great place to start. Read Full Review

This is a particularly lighter hearted issue. Both in tone and actual art style. Something that should stick to Mighty Morphin. Though given how the latest Mighty Morphin came out, taking some cues from its darker tone and look is somewhat welcome. Read Full Review

As the issue wraps up with a fight between the Rangers and Rita's henchmen, Rita opens some sort of door into a different dimension and walks through. As that door closes, it becomes more of a black hole and takes Jason and Trini to the other side. With the underwhelming amount of Shattered Grid that was tied to the Go Go Power Rangers title, the twist ending of this issue was surprising and brings a new aspect and question that will hopefully be answered soon. Saban's Go Go Power Rangers #13 was definitely a good point to jump back into their story and how they can begin focusing on their problems again without the influence of Shattered Grid to steal their attention. The early days still hold their appeal when every new situation is a different experience from the last. Read Full Review

Word Of The Nerd - Brent Jackson Oct 9, 2018

Ryan Parrott gets the story back on track in Go Go Power Rangers #13. I am still flabbergasted on how he gets everything into one issue. He brings up some key story points and leaves us on a fantastic cliffhanger as well. I hate to compare artist but this is the first issue without Dan Mora so it is hard not to. Eleonora Carlini has a great style that fits really well with the tone and feeling of Go Go Power Rangers, it just is not as charismatic or energizing as Mora's. It is not bad art at all and I am sure after an issue or two it will feel more "at home". Overall I am glad "Shattered Grid" is over and we are back to just following the early days of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Read Full Review
