Comic Bastards - Erik McAlister Nov 13, 2013

In conclusion, I loved this issue. The entire story happens so fast that you'll be lucky not to get whiplash. I honestly couldn't be happier with the result. I guess that we'll just have to wait and see if all the risk was worth the reward in the end for the rebels. See you next month. Read Full Review

Of course, there's one other thing a comic can give you that live action never can: it brings back those original characters, unaged and fresh and exciting as ever. If only the real world worked the same way! Read Full Review

Probably too late to jump on but definitely look for this when it is collected, this a great book for most Star Wars fans out there and especially for those who have stayed away from the expanded universe for fear of being lost. Read Full Review

Comic Book Resources - Doug Zawisza Nov 15, 2013

"Star Wars" #11 hits all of the right notes to be a successful "Star Wars" story and gives every fan's favorite character some panel time. Granted, R2-D2 gets short shrift, but his presence is certainly inferred in the battle between TIE Interceptors and X-Wing fighters. Wood and D'Anda bring plenty of energy and tingling uncertainty to this chapter between films, but more importantly, they breathe life and vitality into their character contributions. As strongly as Wood captures the spirit of the original trilogy, he matches that in deepening the Expanded Universe. "Star Wars" #11 is simply another solid read in what has been a great series filled with wonderful characters. Read Full Review

    Razorfine - Alan Rapp Nov 20, 2013

Fans of space battles, X-Wings, and Interceptors should enjoy this issue as much of it has to deal with in space that our main characters (not surprisingly) manage to survive. With all but Han Solo's story wrapping up it will be interesting to see what direction the series takes from here. Worth a look. Read Full Review
