Overall this was a great issue, although it was really the return of Exxy that I was most happy about. In the end it seems that the two come to terms that they are more than just friends and that they're actually partners when it comes to stopping Anomaly.Hopefully next issue we get to see exactly what Anomaly's endgame is and how it will affect Cyborg and S.T.A.R. Labs. Read Full Review

Nerd Church Radio - Ariel DuPey May 3, 2017

Cyborg is more of a Team-B member of the Justice League, heeasily gets over-shadowed by the other members. Unfortunately, he still seemsto get over-shadowed even in his own book. Semper Jr. seems to be tryingto make this book everything, and it's leaving me dazed. There's an undergroundstreet element, there's a mystical over voice thing going on, and a final bosslevel we've been trying to get to, just a lot to take in. I think if Semper Jr.would just hyper-focus a bit more, this book could be a really good read. Untilthen I have to admit I'm just not fan. Anytime I find myself continuouschecking to see what page I'm on to see if I'm close to done yet, I know theissue has lost me. Read Full Review

This issue is definitely a ten. The art is so amazingly stunning that just about every page should be a poster. My favorite parts are the hologram of Haxaan at the concert and the fight between Haxaan and Ratattack. this is officially now one of my favorite comic runs ever. Ratattack and Haxaan could easily be popular action figures. Also this issue shows that Semper jr. had a plan from the very beginning when Exxy first showed up in Cyborg # 5 wearing a yellow overcoat similar to Robin's cape and just like Jubilee from the X-man. His rap song is named Cyborg and me and the lyrics of his rap compares himself and Cyborg to Batman and Robin. Also in this issue we learned that Cyborg is not a perfect person. he admits that he's selfis more
