May 30, 2018The script is utterly absurd, totally ludicrous... and maybe the best thing Scott Lobdell has written in years. Read Full Review

May 31, 2018For any fan of Wally West, this issue is a must. The Speed Buggy aspect of the story is fun and well done, but it holds so much hope for Wally and Linda's future that it transcends the special nature of these DC/Hanna-Barbera team up issues. Read Full Review

May 30, 2018While these cartoon team-up books are not known for their gripping stories, occasionally one will be fun to read. Unfortunately, this one wasn't it. The majority of this story is an origin story for Speed Buggy, which would have been ok if the story didn't try to be a complex, speed force, timeline changing story. For me, the epilogue really saves this book. Unfortunately, it's only three pages. Read Full Review

Jun 16, 2018This wasn't a terrible book, but it also wasn't really good enough to justify more than a 2.5 out of 5, with the caveat that I'm not a huge fan of either character to begin with, and this did nothing to change that opinion. Read Full Review

May 31, 2018Well, they can't all be winners. Spinning out of the obscure talking-car cartoon and written by the man behind such brilliant (not) New 52 characters as Bar Tor and H'el, Flash/Speed Buggy Special #1 is easily the weakest of the entire wave of cartoon crossovers Read Full Review
