Major Spoilers - Joshua Hill Jul 21, 2008

I give this book 5 out of 5 all round, because it really is just such a good book. Make sure you pick this up, even if you aren't picking up any other Flash or Final Crisis books; you don't need them for this, and you won't regret it. Read Full Review

The Weekly Crisis - Kirk Warren Jul 16, 2008

It's rare to have a story told from the villain's perspective and Johns does an excellent job of getting someone like myself, with no previous experience with these characters, into each of the villains' heads. I feel like I understand each of their motivations and reasons for doing the things they do and I'm excited to see where this story goes from here. This is another great addition to Geoff Johns and Scott Kolins Flash portfolio. I might even be as bold to say Rogues' Revenge is an enthralling as the main Final Crisis plotline. This is due mostly to Johns' perfect handle of these characters, breathing life into them with each page. The cliffhanger is also a perfect place to leave readers salivating for next months installment. Simply put, the Rogues are back in town. Read Full Review

In the end, as Final Crisis and Rogues Revenge dovetail in a more meaningful and recognizable manner, all of my questions and concerns might very well be addressed sufficiently. As it stands right now, however, I'm still in the dark as to why all this matters. Read Full Review

Comic Book Revolution - Rokk Krinn Jul 18, 2008

Final Crisis Rogues Revenge #1 was a great read. This was an excellent Final Crisis tie-in issue. I imagine that John's story on this title will probably have more mass appeal than Morrison's story on Final Crisis itself. If you enjoyed Johns' run on Flash then you absolutely must pick up this title. Even if you did not, I would still recommend giving this Final Crisis tie-in a chance. Read Full Review
