After the rushed/hand wavy "event", Adams get back to what he does best in this cool down/set up issue full of fun dialog touching base with where all the characters are at and setting up the threats coming forward. The art is great. Super energetic making an issue full of talking feel more exciting.

Adams really has a great grasp on Hal now, even if I am not quite sure he knows what to do with him.

This is definitely a set up issue. The cover indicated that we would see Hal and Carol together, which we do for a single page. That was a disappointment. This is about the book of a OA, which is apparently a thousand years old with the pages still intact after being buried by rubble. Somehow Hals's name is in the book.
