While Batman readies his security team to protect the Presidential inauguration in Washington, D.C., Batgirl leads the other heroes on a mission to invade Ra's al Ghul's jungle stronghold. Heading back to the central conflict is an excellent move at this point. However, seeming like a simpler narrative, it has a lot of subtlety in characterization and thematic element. Don't be afraid to read a little deeper. There's a thoughtful reflection here that will seem familiar. And, of course, Batman and Ra's could've been allies in another life as well. Read Full Review

We're doing some setup here for the next horrible plan in Ras' playbook of demented world-dominating schemes, but some genuinely nice character moments and one extinction-level event keep this story progressing forward in surprising leaps. The chess game between both sides continues to be a fascinating thing to see play out as it still not clear how this conflict will turn out. The mystery around the outcome makes the anticipation for what comes next from Tom Taylor even more exciting as we come back to the Injustice 2 world on a weekly basis. Read Full Review
