Whoa, what happened to Gold, and why does he look like that? It looks like Nth metal has given Gold true sentience-and it's threatening to do the same to the rest of the Metal Men against Doc Magnus's wishes! After all, Magnus already gave them sentience to begin with, right? Meanwhile, Lead and Tin are invited to Robot Con, where they meet their number one fan and other famous robots, including a special appearance by OMAC! Except he's not here for fun...

Besides for a forced reason to get Will Magnus and Jenet Klyburn out of this story so that the Nth Metal Man can continue his machinations, this issue was such a good time in not only continuing our dark look at what the Metal Men can become, but in a fun-filled romp pitting two of our Metal Men against a new foe for the series. I love the art in this issue and think that this is one of the best series that DC Comics is putting out right now. Read Full Review
There are moments that take this issue into interesting territory, mainly as things get complicated at a robot convention that Tin and Lead are attending. But it remains to be seen if Metal Men will follow through with its big concepts, or just keep hitting a weird middle ground. Read Full Review
