Harley's barely managed to escape from Gotham City-but going down the river to Blüdhaven might have been an even bigger mistake! The whole city is a prison, held in the grip of the bloodthirsty Bane Twins...and we're sad to say, they definitely take after their father! And where there are criminals, you know there are Laughing Boys...and where there are Laughing Boys, can The Joker be far away?

Frank Tieri continues to impress. The jokes are solid, and they don't detract from the ever-looming tension brought by the Joker. Three issues in and I'm truly impressed how he was able to incorporate so many classic Batman characters into this storyline organically. If any other team was working on it, then it would have felt too much like lip service. But everyone gets their due, including Oracle, and it works perfectly with the larger storyline. It's outstanding. Read Full Review

I have said it before and will say it again this series needs to be animated. I am literally drooling at every issue and get so upset when there is no more for my grubby hands to devour. This has been a wild ride so far and this issue definitely ends on a shocker so hold on to your seats! Read Full Review

We continue the Old Lady Harley story and while I have been a fan of the series so far, this issue was a bit off.  By the end, the detour to Bludhaven was fun but unnecessary and I hope that finally getting to Vegas will pick up the pace next week. Read Full Review

I'm getting tired of this series, really. Three issues in, and Tieri still did absolutely nothing to make it any different from regular, and regularly awful, Harley comics. I don't hate the concept, and the character design - I said that twice already, while reviewing previous issues, and despite rather cold welcome Old Lady Harley received, I believe she has potential and could be used by a competent writer to tell a self-aware story serving as satirical commentary on the en more
