DC Comics News - Derek McNeil Aug 13, 2020

The Terrifics #29 is the penultimate issue of this title. It's a shame that it didn't find the wider audience it deserves, but perhaps when the comic industry stabilizes again, Yang, Lemire, or some other talented writer will be given the opportunity to revive the title. In the meantime, I'm sure Yang has a satisfying blowout issue planned for next month. Read Full Review

Beyond The Panel - Jideobi Odunze Aug 5, 2020

For anyone like myself who was still on the fence about the direction this book has been taking, The Terrifics #29 did just what was needed to create more investment in what's to come. This book started with a Stagg problem, so it only makes sense that we would come back around to the same trouble this family brings to the team. Read Full Review

Weird Science - Jim Werner Aug 4, 2020

The Terrifics is coming to a close next month, and Gene Luen Yang is going to send it off with a bang!  This book may not be for everyone, but I have enjoyed it, especially since Yang took over.  At this point, I'd suggest grabbing the trade or wait to read it in the DC Universe App, but I do think you should at least check it out.
