This review may have been a surprise, but of the very best kind. This is the type of surprise that you hold near and dear, and that makes you thankful for the chance of reading it. The kind of surprise that sticks with you, and makes you crave more like it. Read Full Review

DC Comics News - Tony Farina

Victor & Nora: A Gotham Love Storyis lovely. Mr. Freeze has long been a tragic story and in the capable hands of Ms. Myracle, the tragedy drives home. If some reluctant teen needs something to read, hand him or her this book. If someone who has never read a comic before, but who is a sucker for a tragic love story, this one is for that person. The art is beautiful and the story telling is spot on. Nice work once again DC. Read Full Review

    Geek Dad - Ray Goldfield

Overall, Victor and Nora: A Gotham Love Story lives up to its title. It's an effective, tragic, and romantic tale that manages to give Victor a lot of new layers and let Nora have her own narrative before her tragic end. It also deftly deals with some thorny issues like depression and suicide without coming across like an after-school special. I think this one could easily find its market among fans of other YA novels that deal with heavy topics. Read Full Review

The Batman Universe - James Remolde

This is a touching story that has heart and a message, however, I do have a problem with the use of sex and sexuality especially when the characters are all minors. Overall, I liked it but the sex scene does take away from the heart of the story. Read Full Review

    AIPT - Justin Harrison

Victor and Nora: A Gotham Love Story is frequently a pretty good comic. That makes its failings all the more frustrating. Mr. Freeze fans will dig it. For other folks, I'd suggest reading up on his history beforehand. Read Full Review

The art was decent enough, but the story dragged on and on without end, by page 50 I had checked out of this book. It was a long and boring book that turns the characters of Victor Fries and Nora out of an adult relationship and adds teenage awkwardness and melodrama. I'm not sure who this book is intended to appeal to really.
