TMNT Universe concludes with Leonardo taking a trip to the astral plane to meet new friends and old enemies. This final issue is an excellent read that features solid story and great art. Read Full Review

TMNT Universe #25 is a wonderful way to end this series. I hate to see it go. TMNT Universe has been a great series to showcase great creators and add to IDW's TMNT lore. I enjoyed the use of 1-4 issue stories that added some tremendous depth to characters that rarely got the spotlight. The short stories that showed even with four pages you can tell some heart-wrenching tales. Having Leonardo traverse the astral plane is a perfectway to end the series, as it still adds to the ongoing story of the TMNT world and calls back to the first four issues. More than likely TMNT Universe is going away to make room for the return of theMacro series soon to be released, which makes sense, but this series will still be missed. Read Full Review

Leonardo will need all his wits to fight off the attack of Kitsune, but he's learned enough to evade and eventually escape his enemies attacks. He's also learned to enjoy some rest with his brothers prior to the next fight the Turtles will inevitably find themselves embroiled in. Worth a look. Read Full Review

now THIS was an AWESOME comic!!!
had this 'side' series been consistently this good, i'd be more upset to see it end.
but as it stands with this series overall infrequency in quality, i'm just happy to see the series end on a high note.

it's a nice bonus that this series should wrap up with a story focused on Leonardo.
he's been feeling a bit sidelined in the IDW Tmnt universe, so it's good to see him getting some love.

the art was really enjoyable. Nelson Daniel was one of the main reasons i'd kept the first run of IDW Judge Dredd in my pull-list all the way to it's conclusion. hopefully he'll get to provide more art for the TMNT.

this story, as well as some of the art had a very 'Mirage Com more
