AIN'T NO GRAVE #2 is another stellar issue in Skottie Young's Old West fable about a former outlaw on a quest to cheat Death. Skottie Young develops Ryder into a bad person with good albeit selfish intentions, and Jorge Corona's stylistically exaggerated art is outstanding. Read Full Review

Once again, the issue wraps up with a cliffhanger. While it doesn't pack quite the same punch as the jaw-dropping twist at the end of the first issue, there's no denying a lot unfolds in this instalment to push the story forward. This issue races through its narrative at speed, masterfully blending backstory, key plot points, and character development effortlessly. While some of the leap from arrival at the end of issue one to just full on rage this issue feels a little without transition, it's still a strong entry in what feels like an overall story of facing one's mortality. Read Full Review
It was certainly not lacking in action, that's for sure. The writing was fine, the art was pretty good, the action was really good. Seemed like a montage in a movie where they show how someone traveled a long distance without taking a lot of time to do it. Wasn't the most entertaining issue, but it got from point A to point B.
