Big Comic Page - Rebecca Booth May 20, 2016

The Fix is top-notch storytelling and stunning to look at. Its clever and self-referential, with some truly ingenious touches of dialogue that knowingly wink at the reader via jokes that centre on pop culture references. Read Full Review

Comic Book Resources - Greg McElhatton May 12, 2016

From start to finish, every element of "The Fix" #2 is wonderful. As much as I loved Spencer and Lieber's hilarious collaboration on "The Superior Foes of Spider-Man" series, this is a thousand times better. Their original creation is a riot, and every single page delivers. Buy this book; then, buy some extra copies for your friends. They'll thank you for hooking them on a comic that's a shoe-in for a "Best New Series" award nomination for 2016. Check it out. Read Full Review

    Newsarama - David Pepose May 10, 2016

While there are a lot of great books coming out of Image right now, there are very few that aren't resting in some form or fashion on high concept, leaning on some sort of genre tropes in order to hook in readers. But The Fix is a rare gem, a book that succeeds almost exclusively on its execution, not the out-of-this-world premise or the names of the creators involved. Production values like these are rare in entertainment as a whole, let alone a medium that can be as punishing with its scheduling as comics, but The Fix stands shoulder to shoulder with other Image gems like Southern Bastards, Sex Criminals and Chew as reliable, high-quality entertainment that shouldn't go unread. The characters might be consummate liars and unrepentant scoundrels, but The Fix might be one of the most honestly good comics on the stands today. Read Full Review

There is a huge quantityof passionthrust intothis project and It really is a diamond – I am struggling to find faultwith it as a whole. I have been reading and re reading The Fix #2 – it's completely effortless – and nothing presents itself as a glaring negative because you're enjoying it too much, except…we were promised a dog. The Fix hasn't lost any of its hilarity as it delves deeper into the story, and is absolutely worth a pull list spot. If you didn't get a chance last month, both issues #1 and #2 are worth checking out–and the #1 second printing variant now features none other than the heroic Pretzels. Read Full Review

Outright Geekery - Sarah Elizabeth Camp May 13, 2016

While Roy is spending his time continuing his delinquent behavior, Brundo is left in a situation in which he is met with pure hostility by something that knows him for what he is " a wolf in sheep's clothing, a criminal. Both narratives, Danielson/Roy's and Brundo's call attention to this trope, that is: the wolf in sheep's clothing, and the ways in which people can be so easily manipulated with simple language and actions. I'm intrigued to see where this comic goes, and what notions it will challenge and call attention to next! Read Full Review

Doom Rocket - Brandy Dykhuizen May 16, 2016

The Fix is every bit as enjoyable the second time around, chock full of visual asides and facial expressions worth a thousand mai-tais. Spencer & Lieber must have plenty more in store for us, and they have to be pretty damned excited to get it on the page " considering how crammed full of nuts this issue can be at times (especially the perfectly executed but awkwardly segued page devoted to Josh). However, the monkeyshines and clever turns more than make up for the smaller inconsistencies, making The Fix a dark comedy still very much worthy of our attention. Read Full Review
