Rescue 2020 #2 is a beautiful tie-in. The creative team has successfully allowed Rescue to have her own identity within this crossover. Schwartz has made sure that her personality is distinct, while Burrows, Hanna, and Pantazis created a beautiful suit of armor. This tie-in also appears to have a direct impact on the event as a whole, and Im looking forward to seeing what Pepper does going forward. Read Full Review
This issue gives Pepper Potts the agency and complexity she deserves, while also telling a fun story to boot. Read Full Review
Rescue 2020 #2 is a pretty solid read. Dana Schwartz humanizes characters we many have no interest in and fleshes Pepper out in wonderful ways. The pencils and colors work and are light and fun. Rescue 2020 #2 is fun and entertaining. Tony Stark may be dead, but have no fear, Pepper Potts is coming to the Rescue! Read Full Review
This was a pretty good issue that was clearly being affected by the page limits of a two issue miniseries. The ending was just rolling by the end there. I don't know if I made it known in my last review, but I remember thinking that this wasn't going to matter, but I'm thinking it might matter now. That tag for Iron Man 2020 #5 gave me hope, I guess. This may be one of the better tie-in series to the Iron Man 2020 event.
More straightforward than the disappointing Iron Man 2020 #4 this week but cant get higher mark because it has much less meaty goodness.
Everything about this comic screams, "I should be a digital original priced under $3."
I didn’t enjoy reading this at all.
