Thus far, The Magnificent Ms. Marvel has been an incredible run with so many different plot points being introduced and developed until they all come together in a devastating way. This issue is truly one of the best thats come out of this run so far. Read Full Review

The Magnificient Mrs. Marvel #12 (Ahmed, Jung, & Vlasco, Herring) is a wild ride from start to finish. The emotional art and high stakes tension tie together to pull in the reader and keep them hanging on till the final page. Read Full Review
The Magnificent Ms. Marvel #12 feels like a classic Ms. Marvel tale with a lingering taste of nostalgia, as Kamala and Bruno once again have a secret all to themselves, just like the early days of G. Willow Wilson's run. Read Full Review
Perhaps the best thing this Ms. Marvel series has going for it is that all of Kamala's fears and concerns feel equally important, making the book compelling no matter what is going on. Read Full Review
Plain and simple The Magnificent Ms. Marvel #12 is a comic book that will make you feel good. Some may find the ending a bit too happy and even convenient, but it's nice to see the hero just save the day sometimes. Read Full Review
The start of The Magnificent Ms. Marvel #12 is great and follows up the last issue without skipping a beat. While the conclusion feels a tad weak overall there's still a lot to like about this story arc as a whole. Read Full Review
The new issue seems to go out of it's way to avoid what could be some rich family drama, replacing it instead with a lackluster fight and some guest star narration. Read Full Review
The Magnificent Ms. Marvel #12 concludes this story arc of fighting Stormranger and saving Kamala's father from a bone disease. It offers a little insight into the mind of Kamala and her superhero duties, but only for a split second. I would love to see this side of her fleshed out beyond a couple of panels in one issue. Kamala deserves that respect. Read Full Review
Ok, that was cool, but too quick and too easy.
Ms. Marvel puts the boot to her rebellious super-suit and gets back to her classic look. In supporting cast developments, her father pulls through and she and Bruno start almost-for-real dating. That's a lot of good news, but the sharp insight into Kamala's thoughts and feelings puts a bittersweet spin on most of what we see. She's so good, but she blames herself for not being better, and that's a big part of why I love her.
" AAAAAGHHHHH ! This isn't right. I need to get back to the hospital to be with my family ! "
- KAMALA KHAN
This issue was alright. I'm honestly hoping we can just get away from the space suit and all that, and just focus on something more interesting. I saw some tepid responses to the conclusion regarding Kamala's father, but I don't think we needed something more overt than a cane. It's still something that Kamala feels guilty over. Her dad doesn't need to be on death's door in order to make that poignant. Whether it will be, or not, is up to the writer, though.
I thought this was okay if maybe a little rushed.
