Superior Spider-Man #3 does double duty on referencing older Spider-Man tales while Spidey and Doc Ock team up in a nostalgic affair. Dan Slott continues to proves he's one of the all time great Spider-Man writers. This was such a fun issue with a compelling story and cool nods to the past. Thank god we have this to enjoy with the main ASM series being so awful.
it is honestly shocking how this book is SUPERIOR compared to the Amazing Spider-Man books. While Dan Slot dropped the ball on End of Spider-Verse, this series is so far a lot of fun. Good art too, I actually want this series to end strong.
It's just dumb fun.
