I know there are too many Spidey books to count these days, including numerous Spider-Men (and Boys) and numerous timelines and alternate universes. Read Full Review

Superior Spider-Man #3 continues the trend of this series being a quintessential ongoing Spider-Man series that is for fans new and old. If you dont like whats going on in Amazing Spider-Man right now then look no further than this series. Read Full Review

Superior Spider-Man #3 does double duty on referencing older Spider-Man tales while Spidey and Doc Ock team up in a nostalgic affair. It's fun to see the lighthearted Peter Parker attempt to pretend to be Superior Spider-Man as the story inches closer to the transformation we've been waiting for. Read Full Review

In this homage to the storytelling genius of Stan Lee and Steve Ditko, Doctor Octavius grows closer to grasping his former mantle. Superior Spider-Man #3 ponders how much a hero can trust a villain and asks: "Do people become evil because they can't trust others?" Read Full Review

it is honestly shocking how this book is SUPERIOR compared to the Amazing Spider-Man books. While Dan Slot dropped the ball on End of Spider-Verse, this series is so far a lot of fun. Good art too, I actually want this series to end strong.

Dan Slott continues to proves he's one of the all time great Spider-Man writers. This was such a fun issue with a compelling story and cool nods to the past. Thank god we have this to enjoy with the main ASM series being so awful.

This is not a serious book. You could even say it is a silly book. But that certainly does not mean that it's a bad book. The humor is the driving force. Together with sharp dialogue and polished art, it makes it fun to accept the silliest of plot developments. Spidey and Ock have amazing chemistry, and they do get a few spots of deeper characterization that lend weight to the story.
