May 12, 2026A great set up for what could be a phenomenal end to this mini story! So many plot lines I want to see play out and so many stories that can grow from this. A textbook X-Men story and issue. Read Full Review

May 06, 2026By the last page, X-Men #29, and honestly, the whole Danger Room story arc so far has felt like, at best, amateur fan fiction inspired by older X-Men storylines. There is a hint of substance to the writing; some scenes try to set up a meaningful narrative, but none of it ever comes together into something that the reader is actually supposed to care about. The danger room story has not been good. But it’s one of the better of the X-men storylines in a while. But I’ll repeat. It’s not good. And X-men has been better than what Gail is doing. Here we get another part in the danger room storyline. I’ll leave it at this- This issue is nothing. It’s just a blah nothing issue. If you don’t buy it , you’ll miss nothing. Really a waste of pages.
