Boy that Cormac Crane reveal at the end ! what a huge character.... im joking. who? does anyone care? hasn't aunt May been through enough crap at this point? we get a villain reveal and dispatched in 2 issues. boy talk about filler. Overall just boring stuff from Joe who seems to be struggling on finding the Parker he wants to write about. We got dying over and over, space Peter, a guy who s eems family lineage ... it's all just bad comics. Fix this Joe. Because this Spider-man book sucks! more

Ayodele should write an apology to Storm fans for this comic and the 5 issues we had to endure. Story has become a mess of a character. shes god like In power, and the series couldnt be any worse of a read. we rush to an ending at a pace that is hilarious. it ends so abruptly you'd think you missed panels. but nope. it seems editorial told Ayodele - end it. enough is enough". I thank them for it . this series was off the rails bad. im not review bombing. I dare you to read it all and come away thinking this was in anyway shape or form even mid tier. more

No one who has eyes to see can honestly tell me that they think the art in this book is great. In fact, it’s so bad, I can’t even get myself to read this stuff. If this is the level of quality Marvel is at now, we’re truly fucked.

I'll make this quick. stop reading this review and buy the darn book. it's that good. you'll thank me later.

Christ sakes Gail. she rushes to an ending as fast as possible to move on to the next story arc and thats the payoff? this book is dumb, and a mess. Mutant X 's character design is terrible. the battles absolutely suck in what little we even see of them. the Wolverine and nightcrawler battle is 2 panels of nothing but teleporting and return to normal. the art is indy level and Terrible. the new x members are terrible. Gail has no voice for these characters and ending on Monet and quicksilver being offered to lead the X-men is the nail in the coffin for the book. Uncanny X-men- a flagship title has 4 critic reviews. issue #1 had 17 critic reviews. No ones reading this and bless them because it sucks. just awful ,dreadful storytelling by talentless Gail. someone. please save the Xmen titles! more

IDK if Matt Fraction even knows the story he wants to tell anymore. This story is all over the map. little explanation of everything. It's literally like we are missing issues detailing what just happened. If you read the last 3 issues, you'd have zero idea of what is even happening besides Batman is being chased by GCPD. even those story elements are full of Tom King -just skip to the parts I w ant to tell- type story telling. screw the filler that would give detail and insight. this series is in serious trouble because the man behind the title has no story cohesion. stuff just happens for the same WOW moments we have been getting and to me its just not enough. We are back to the Side panels with Bat tech. I'd like to enjoy Batman being a detective but this is not good storytelling. it's just a collection of random stuff happening. not good enough Matt. is it better than recent issues? sure it is. but when those sucked, what's that really say? nada. At least
the art and layouts are absolutely gorgeous. more

As you can see by the number of reviews, no one's reading this book anymore and with good cause. It's just a nothing , out of continuity book. We have a by the numbers , boring comic. Pierce has obtained god metal and battles Cyclops. We get the most basic of storytelling with the slave mutant kids all teaming up to help Scott and defeat the bad guy. This is boring while at the same time does nothing offensive besides wasting our time on the series. thats really the story here, this book Offers no new take on Scott,No bold story. If you missed this series, congrats -nothing changed and you would have saved a few bucks. I know I wish I did.

Jim lees art is tremendous but even that fails to save this book. Jeph Loeb has written absolute trash. Hes normally very talented. but this Hush run is a total mess. some of the worst work from Loeb win recent memory. What is even happening in this comic? nothing makes sense and we do not need a pt 2. just end this madness.

I give high praise to this creative team. It’s really top notch. The story is compelling , it moves well. Tons of pay off and call backs. So why only a 9? Well absolute Zatana could have been so much more. But she’s barely in the issue and was treated more as a plot device than a future solo series star. Aside from that I loved it. The art is inspired and well done. Did I wish we had my favori te fill in artist ever Mattia de Iulis? YES. but Sherman did a good job.
High praise but I wanted more. more

Jed took 5 issues to wrap a story up like this. What a disgrace. The X-men stuck in the belly of a beast who is simply known as “leviathan” is beaten by the power of friendship. Psyclock infiltrates the danger room Hq. We are shown nothing. Nor do we know what happens to them. We just get a “ I’ll fix them” type panel and no mention. Just gone. The person who shot glob. “We will hunt him down one day. Magneto you hunted nazis so you’ll help also. Then We move on. That the whole issue. Resolve as quickly as possible. Move on. The pacing and writing are wretched. What an awful conclusion to what started as a less awful storyline. The mad rush to get to the next storyline is obvious and a let down. The x books are broken. Someone. Anyone. Help the X-men. more

Prime,Superboy prime whatever you want to call him , I’ll just call him the best Superman right now. Don’t get me wrong I love Clark but this comic is so fun to read each month. Everything about it is just what I want in a comic. Action , some comedy. Interesting characters. The art is fantastic and Dan Mora looks like he’s having fun drawing these panels as well. Bravo to this team. The plot i s basic as can be and I don’t even care because it fits into how lighthearted this book is. Buy it. Give us a Prime Solo series just like this. I’d buy that also. more

This book is still a mess. We get new and already forgettable villain Spore and an issue full of no action and just talking. It plain old Sucks. The art is also not appropriate for a comic. Just another forgettable filler ASM issue.

The Art is the only redeeming factor. It's gorgeous to look at but is on the lower effort of what Daniel can do. aside from that we get Just terrible everything. across the board awful. Who is this book even for? its not for WW fans. Diana is cold, nasty and just unlikeable. Tom also couldn't be bothered to learn the new history of DC by Mark waid. Diana was made of clay. and guess what Tom g oes back to the Zeus one.Tom continues to try his wow moments and it's just so bad. he abuses and destroys every single character he comes across. Superman..oh let's kill him for shock value. Get this guy off the book. He's the absolute worst at WW. I loathe each page. more

I swear i'm not review bombing. this issue, hell the last few issues have just been insanely bad. that bridge nonsense was awful and just when you think it couldn't get any worse...well you just lack sufficient imagination. this issue is awful. where did this overgrown forest come from? a alien sob story who uploads his mind into a computer. while his body is out killing people. then the twist oh he just needed to reupload his mind into the body they just killed... so we can learn another lesson on cycles and pain etc. this was just so god awful. its so so bad. Dan Watters is writing some of the worst stuff. The isn't a Nightwing comic but whatever this is , I want nothing to do with it. And I've endured pirate queens and rick Grayson. I'd take that over this garbage. more

This issue is just a filler issue. Literally very few things happen. We get some nice character work of Battle beast actually admitting he has a friend wth the new ruler of the planet. and finally we get Conquest at the end. I must admit this was my least favorite issue of the series but hey , they all can't be nonstop action. This issue is leagues better than anything Marvel put out this last f ew months.
having this series being prequel means we lose all the stakes , battle beast dies much later, conquest the same. so the battle can only go so far. but thats fine with me. I know someone of Kirkman's talent will make it cool anyway.

Absolute Scarecrow continues his streak of being awesome. This new arc gets better and better each time. I wish each issue was longer because I want to read even more. While this issue was not as good as the previous issue, it's still really good stuff. This book is just always engaging and keeps the big dumb batman fun going.

Read issue 1 of the from the Ashes. it's not terrible. its not good but its something. Since then it's been a downward spiral. just when I think its reached a new low...Somehow Gail is getting worse. the characters you care about like wolverine rogue etc. appear on 4 total pages and do nothing. instead its back to Gails created characters only hijacking this book. The plot is a total disaster. just an utter mess with no meaningful progression to an end or why any of this is happening. We just know this will lead to no pay off . Gail is trying to write a mystery but the only mystery is why I'm still reading. When we get Monet appearing I held my head. How much worse can this get? well turns out I simply lacked sufficient imagination. Remove Gail. Save the Uncanny X-men . someone. anyone. make it stop. more

still the best X-men solo series but its not much. the story is basic and blah. I dont like any of the characters except Cyclops and the villains are so disposable it's ridiculous. we end of Uru being found by the reavers... and I really hope we dont get into asguardian bullcrap. the book is cheesy enough.

We are a few issues in and the story is moving along pretty slowly. it's not terrible but it's still just too over the top that it becomes corny. My other big complaint is this isn't the Deadpool from the comics I love. This is 100% movie Deadpool and I just don't want that.
Im still buying but this story needs to pay off soon. and get back to be a little more comics Wade.sadly look at the reviews or rather lack of them. No ones reading this anymore. Sad. more
