A great issue that sets up for the DNX event in a really compelling way. It sets things off in a way that feels like it’s already too late to stop it and it’s going to be interesting to see where it leads from here. Jed MacKay’s great story, together with the artwork that’s absolutely incredible make this an issue you can’t pass up on! Read Full Review

Chairman and Beast truly do feel like two completely different beings. Meanwhile having a team like 3K is a great idea for anytime you want to pull them for a big fight in the future. I'm really intrigued to see where Joseph goes as a character just as much as what's going on with the actual Magneto. Luckily, DNX is going to reveal to us what happens with that fella very soon. Well I called it. Jed is headed into the big DNX event. lots of build for 3K vs the Xmen, and what happens? we get a fight thats just a big nothing. there is no big confrontation here.just a few panels of a battle. we get a punt down the field . the Beast/ magneto angle is something we had seen so many times. its overplayed and boring...and thats the story of this issue. its a boring nothing. just set up for yet another event that probably wont matter. this isn't terrible. but its certainly not any good and if you skipped this issue you'd miss nothing other than Dark Beast stole Magnetos blood to make the X virus. which a blind man could see coming. its so disappointing but again Jed needed to stick the landing here. and he crashed and b more

    Astonishingly Awful

The conversation between Magneto and Beast is probably the highlight of the book, but that doesn’t say much, considering that this series is full of stupid ideas, like the 3K morons calling themselves X-Men. Why? It makes no sense at all.
Also, the art by Stegman clone Netho Diaz is horrendous.
All in all, with DnX starting next month, this is a perfect jumping off point for me.
