I'd rather own and recommend this House of XCII run than any of the Hickman books for anyone looking for a good X-Men story for any era, because House of XCII is like a hoagie or a pizza for the blue collar worker looking to fulfill all the necessary food groups on a half hour lunch to fuel the rest of the work day it's all here. X-MEN '92: HOUSE OF XCII #4 was interesting enough, easy to understand, and will certainly capture your attention if you're an X-MEN: THE ANIMATED SERIES fan. It's not too wordy, the characters have realistic motivations within the confines of X-MEN: THE ANIMATED SERIES and the nostalgic feeling revived by the art team is ultimately what really places that great, familiar sensation from 30 years ago.
