NEW FANS AND OLD... DON'T MISS THIS PERFECT JUMPING-ON POINT AS A BRAND-NEW CONAN ARC BEGINS HERE!

THE CONQUERING CROWN: The King of Aquilonia has gone mad, or so the rumors say. A tyrant sits upon the throne and all will suffer until he is deposed or dead.

This opening chapter does a brilliant job of setting up the new story arc. The looming war between the two kings is established cleanly, giving the conflict real weight right from the start. Conan's rise into a position of leadership within the Westermarck Wolves is also handled really well it feels organic, earned, and completely in character. Read Full Review

CONAN THE BARBARIAN #26 delivers a sword-slash of value for the discerning reader, balancing chaos, cunning, and a glimmer of wit in a battered bronze world. It earns a strong spot in your collection, but don't expect revelations or radical innovation. When the dust settles, this comic stands as a reliable war story that respects your time, if not your hopes for something spectacularly new. Read Full Review

All swords, no sorcery this time. Mass, bloody melées and a dash of courtly intrigue and betrayal. Great stuff as ever with this series, and this new arc treads some new ground with Conan homing in on the throne of Aquilonia.

Wow, a lot takes place in this issue. Zub sets up a completely new world with an ongoing conflict. The battles not only occur, but have consequences. None of it feels rushed. Just amazing work. Zub continues to not disappoint with this series. My Comic Review Channel - https://youtu.be/0w73psI09Rs
