It's time for the boss battle: Eternal Warrior vs. Imperatrix Virago!
Young Tama's life hangs in the balance during this otherworldly battle. Will she survive, or will the Earth need to choose a new Geomancer?

Alex Paknadel (Friendo), Andy Diggle (Green Arrow: Year One), and Doug Braithwaite's (Wolverine) conclusion is downright epic, but what else would you expect from this creative team and a story this massive?

Incursion #4 rounds out a fantastic four issue series, one that keeps the stakes high in regarding the consequences of Gilad's failure, but never once feels as though he has any choice but to act (almost) alone. I thoroughly enjoyed this story, and hope that we get to experience the next step on the Eternal Warrior and the Geomancer's journey very soon. Read Full Review

We said it in our review of the first issue, but the Incursion event is a great way of introducing new readers to the Valiant Universe. While the focus is on Gilad A.K.A. The Eternal Warrior as well as Doctor Mirage, Hwen, Archer + Armstrong, XO-Manowar and Deadman all appear battling Virago's forces in a fluid way rather than forcing them into the story. If you ever doubted Valiant Comics (and you really shouldn't!) let this series make you a dedicated convert. Huge intergalactic warfare, spiritual journeys into the afterlife and a kick-ass warrior who doesn't take no for an answer… What's not to love? Read Full Review

Horror DNA - James Ferguson Jun 11, 2019

Incursion is another solid event from Valiant Entertainment. The book is as epic and important as any big, summer blockbuster comic series, yet self-contained and focused so it really packs a punch. This is something that will stand the test of time and its effects will be felt for ages. Incursion sets the next phase into motion for the Geomancer, the Eternal Warrior, and Doctor Mirage and based on how this wraps up, it's going to be an exciting and terrifying time. Read Full Review
