It doesn't matter if you're unfamiliar with the characters when starting this series (I was), as by the time you get to the fourth issue you'll have fallen in love with the self aware story telling that's going to leave you aching for more. A brilliant read all around. Read Full Review
Quantum and Woody #4 is a fun and funny installment in this promising series. Our heroes get to be short and snide with one another, the villains are entertaining, and Kanos art looks great. This one gets a recommendation. Check it out. Read Full Review
It's a fun issue, with a few twists and turns along the way, and quite a few laughs. Read Full Review
Kano did another fantastic job tackling the artistic chores on this issue of Quantum & Woody as well. Just a perfect pick for an illustrator to be in this title. Kano puts just enough of an adult swim style cartoony feel into this book to mesh perfectly with Daniel's writing. Read Full Review
Quantum & Woody #4 was worth waiting for, since the last issue was the Goat anniversary issue. A good penultimate issue that sets things up for our finale well. Read Full Review
Writer Daniel Kibblesmith has written a story that will read better in the trade " not necessarily a bad thing, but always a gamble " but he did so without telegraphing that is what he was doing, making this issue a genuine treat. Read Full Review
This issue leaves us wanting more as never before. Quantum is in prison and Woody is busy hashing things out with his dad. Will they be able to come together to stop Little Testla? We don't know, but we can't wait to find out! Read Full Review
So we have some explanation about why the previous issue was pretty far of the actual arc. And it's a pleasure to follow both losers in this story. I left the issue with one great smile. I'm fan of the Hench Man under the cab.
Cover - 1/2 ... Not related but fine.
Story - I like it ... It was funny & smart. 3/3
Arts - Arts is strong even if then & here, I would like to see the same level of art on the long way. Sometime the characters fill off ! 2.5/3
Feeling - I don't regret give this Ongoing a try. 2/2
The villain is a total tool and Woody's father is highly suspect. As for the Australian taxi driver, that dude steals the show with nothing more than a couple offhand remarks.
