This and One Hand, taken together, is the best series I’ve read this year. A lot more than just a detective noir story.

Very solid companion book to absolute power and building up Wallers character. If you hate her and she is ruini by the eye for you you prob won’t care for this but it does flesh out the character and motivations a little more and her origins.

These tie ins are pretty fun in between the main reads. And while not necessary to read I think you’re missing out or at least less “rewarded” for just reading the main story books without them. That said they are just supplemental.

Waiting to just read the last issue of Six Fingers, but this series is amazing all the way through. I don’t think many will see the ending coming, and as Ram V does there are the big philosophical questions he weaves into his work and his characters and stories like no other writer does at the moment. Probably my favorite book of the year along with six fingers, maybe right behind Beneath the Tr more

Great art and the story is decent but it is a little all over the place and jumps around. Still, some cool characters and would recommend for anyone into sci fi. Twist at the end makes me want to read the next issue.

I think a lot of readers may be confused with the upside down nature of this vampire world. I think once you get the hang of that it becomes a much better read. Will probably be better for most in trade.

With that said this was a solid issue waking the prisoners of bit mortals and vampires and how they unfold. Dracula is also a fun character here.

Yea, I won't say it's a negative, but they literally just 100% reversed the way vampirism works. Now regular mortals bite vampires to turn them mortal. There is an interesting story to be told with that, and this story is interesting, but there's also another interesting way to go with this where it's not a perfect 100% swap of vampirism and mortality.

This comic is sick, PKJ is killing the story, the art from Montoya is quietly the best art from DC imo, and every time this book drops it’s just a very fun read. Even these more verbose issues keeps you engaged.

A little confused by the ending but def still a pull. I prefer Spectregraph over this but I do enjoy Snyder’s in depth writing here, the last chapter moves very quickly. Cliffhanger felt predictable but interesting nonetheless.

House of Brainiac is shaping up nicely. New villain shows right off the bat that she is a badass. Hopefully they explain more the tech of what Brainiac did to make the Queen. Fun panels early too with Lobo v Superman. Lot of good stuff with Lex in here too, loving the way Williamson has written Lex.

This is solid but at this point in the series you are either ok with King’s snail pace storytelling or are off it. Not the strongest issue in the run but it’s a deep dive into WW psychology. Sampere on art is incredible.

Probably the best issue of the run outside of Beast World. The new villain has an awesome origin story and it’s a fun read. Art is great too, the action flows which is what you want in a book like this. Good twist/cliffhanger with the Raven storyline, nice plot progression.

this is a solid series right here. Tom Taylor is cooking, and this is not only in my opinion the Definitive Titans run, but it's right up there with the great superhero team runs like Geoff Johns Justice League, Grant Morrison JLA, Hickman and Bendis Avengers, Hickman's Fantastic Four, Jed Mackay's Avengers, etc. This is one of the best superhero team runs out there, and I highly reccomend people more

I’m enjoying this as a vampire story sort of turned on its head. There are a lot of characters and plot lines and the dialogue between them is well written. It doesn’t seem to focus on one particular character in the struggle of mortals vs vampires, but a bunch of different tensions in the conflict between characters.
