This was absurdly good, clever and funny. Lee Weeks art was amazing on this, as was Tom King's writing. There are all these little details everywhere that make a reread worthwhile. Would absolutely recommend. |

An almost perfect send-off to the surprisingly great Flintstones reboot. But I agree with Big Borther that the last 1/3 loses a bit of its edge. Still, it is great and bittersweet last issue overall. |

Picked this up on recommendation from my lcs. Coming into this, I was expecting a bad tie-in comic, and was pleasantly surprised. The book is pure, solid fun with a couple of touching moments. Very well done, and not entirely without layers. That, and it's a genuinely funny book, too. |

Solid issue with Epting doing good work. But unfortunately the book's story suffers from pacing issues, and could stand to be a bit more compressed. Bennett is someone who is hit and miss for me but her work on Batwoman is fine, there is a couple of neat and fun character beats and potentially interesting thematic beats, but on the whole it's a very slow book that may read better in trade. |

The book has issues with keeping character voices and characterization straight, but taken entirely on its own it's a dumb but fun enough book with nice art. |

Immonen's Hellcat is a solid, fun mini-series with nice art that won't set your world on fire but isn't a waste of time and/or money, either. |

Thunderbolts (2016) #7 |

The second decent issue of the run. Izaakse was a much better fit than Malin, and compensated for some of Zub's many shortcomings. It isn't a great issue but had it stayed at this level and actually followed up the few interesting plot threads that had been set-up, it would have been a bearable run. |

One of the only two genuinely decent issues of this run that set ups some interesting plot and character notes that unfortunately are never followed up on by later issues. |

After a promising start, Stohl's run was derailed by its tie-in arc that has been mediocre mess from start to finish, doing little interesting with its cast despite the admirable attempt to build uo supporting characters for Carol. |

You get the first inkling of something interesting or worthwhile happening in this run with MACH musing about the events of Standoff, but that ultimately is derailed by a paint-by-the-numbers fight scene with the Squadron Supreme with one of the hands down most visually incoherent fight sequence I have seen in a cap comic. |
