I can't say I enjoyed reading the conclusion toScooby Apocalypse. From the quick plot progression, anticlimactic battle, and just overall lack of emotion, it's sad seeing one of my favorite series ending like this. This has been one of the best adaptations of theScooby-Doo series since the Cartoon Network showMysteryIncorporated. It's what I always imagined the series would evolve into. I'd love to go back and read the series one day, but the way it ended, I might just have to hold off for a while.

Overall, I'm still not quite content with the direction the comic is going. This could be because of how long it's been running. But you can only take on so many groups before it starts getting old. Hope this saga adds more ingenuity.

It'll be interesting to see how the conflict is handled in later issues. I hope it doesn't lead to another war. At this point, I think the comic has overstayed its welcome. It would be interesting to see more communities coming together and rebuilding society a bit more. There could still be conflict and even wars, but the fact that every new community they meet seems to be evil is getting old. The series suffers from having been around since 2003. I'm just not sure how much more story there's left to tell.

Overall, I still enjoyed reading this issue. It was a bit lackluster with what went down with Bashir and Barry's will to trust everyone, but the ending twist managed to save the issue. Having this story followFlash War, there were bound to be dilemmas. I just hope it gets better from here.

Despite the issues I have with this comic, I'm optimisticabout what's to come. It seems like the story will dive deeper into Shredder's character as he continues to deal with his inner struggle. Part of what attracted me to the series was the intensely fantastic fight scenes. Hopefully, there'll be some of those in further installments.

With all of this in mind, I can say I had a blast reading this comic. It's found a way to make the story feel original and does a fantastic job with creating a story that will have people eager for more. My only fear is that this will quickly fall into a generic action story that does no justice for the female lead. Regardless, I'm very much looking forward to the next issue.

With this being the third issue, it would make sense for things to start getting closer to a major event. I'm excited to see how Julie and the rest of the rabbits defend their home. The humor, art style, and continuous intriguing storyline guarantees that I'll be reading the next issue. I look forward to see how the comic goes on from here.

Overall, I really enjoyed reading Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Volume 8. It took a while for me to get fully invested in the series, especially since the first few chapters were a retelling of the movie that had come out a few years ago. However, I got fully invested once Kara was revealed and Kawaki was finally introduced. His character is showing progression throughout this volume and I'm sure he'll continue to grow.

However, I am going to continue with the comic and highly recommend it if you are a Doctor Who fan and are enjoying what they've been doing so far with series 11. It captures the essence of the current series completely. As a comic fan and a fan of the series, I'm excited to see where it goes.

Overall, I really enjoyed readingHeart Attack #1. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but the premise of the series captured my attention. It's incredible for a creative team to create a comic that involves such topical issues in a way that doesn't take away their importance. I'm looking forward to seeing how the rest of the series plays out.

I really enjoyed readingOUTLAWED #1 and I'm excited to see how the rest of the series turns out. Although I was skeptical of this series because of its premise, I was blown away with how everything played out. Overall, I really enjoyed reading this comic. It's something new in the superhero genre that is shaping up to tackle themes like personal and family identity. Hunter's artwork makes the characters unique and provided an interesting perspective on what heroes and villains look like. Young's writer carries the comic forward with its reckless but ambitious central character. I'm looking forward to seeing how the rest of the series goes, especially with the big reveal at the end of this issue. This is definitely a comic series that I will be following and I highly recommend it.

Overall, I quite enjoyed reading this comic. Like I said, it does seem a bit predictable in terms of who the villain could probably be, but the way the comic ended automatically leaves me wanting to find out what comes next. We'll get to see the agents dealing with a new mission and see how they function as a team. I'll definitely be on the lookout for the next issue.

Overall, I really enjoyed reading The Magicians #3. Sophie's resurrection added a much more surprising direction that I didn't think the series would take. I'm excited to see what the explanation is for her resurrection but knowing this franchise, I have faith that it'll be something amazing. The ending of this issue is quite shocking, but it calls for a much more intriguing aspect that I'm looking forward to seeing develop. I know it's only three issues in, but I'm already referring to this as one of my favorite comic series.

Overall, I really enjoyed readingThe Magicians #5. From the superb character development to the incredible battle scenes, this issue went above and beyond to be incredible. Overall, I really enjoyed reading Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Volume 9. As I mentioned in my review of Volume 8, I was skeptical about starting the series. However, I'm fully invested in what's happening, especially after the fight between Naruto and Delta. The artwork and storytelling throughout their fierce battle went above and beyond in displaying emotion and just how dangerous the situation was. Kawaki's training marks the start of his inevitable fight with Boruto, which is something I'm excited to see how it progresses. The major revelation sets up a darker turn for the series that will surely have people talking. I haven't been this excited about a manga series for quite some time.

Overall, I really enjoyed this issue. There were moments where I wasn't quite sure where the story arc was going, but it all wrapped up nicely in the end. What really captured my attention was the ending, setting up the story forThe Flash Annual #2. This isn't the last time that we see the Force powers being talked about. Barry will surely be in the fight of his life when the time comes for him to deal with it.

I enjoyed reading My Hero Academia Vol. 23. From the closing moments of the class training battles to the introduction of a new organization, Volume 23 does an incredible job of carrying the story forward. I can't predict where the story goes from here, but there will certainly be various intense moments and battles.

Overall, I really enjoyed reading The Magicians #1. It's a new start to an already immensely popular series. This new group shows such promise for never-before-seen magical adventures that I'm extremely looking forward to. The fact that they need to team up with Brakebills students who may not be as excited for them to be there adds this new dynamic within this universe. The ending was completely unexpected but sets the tone for how I imagine the rest of the series will go.

Overall, I really enjoyed readingThe Magicians #4 and was left with my jaw open with the big reveal at the end of the comic. It's something completely unexpected, but it works within the story. The various other elements included in this issue made it stand out from the rest. I'm just eager to see what kind of chaos the villain of the series will cause. I haven't felt this excited about a villain since reading Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and seeing Voldemort come back in full form. It's incredible to see that any work of literature still has this effect on me.

This graphic novel does an incredible job of supporting representation for the LGBTQ community, which correlates with June being Pride Month. Even though it's upsetting to see that this is the penultimate issue, I'm looking forward to seeing how this story ends. I really enjoyed reading this issue. I'm normally not a big fan of stories ending on cliffhangers but the way it was done in this comic only increases my excitement for the finale. Both Giffen and Benjamin have created a story that many readers will not only love but will genuinely enjoy reading.

Overall, I'm confident in saying that I've enjoyed not only reading this comic but the entire series. The creators blend elements of fantasy, real-world issues, humor, and a bit of the absurd together to create a comic that anyone could enjoy. The issue is a perfect conclusion to the series, tying everything together and ending in a definite manner. Neatly wrapping everything up in a limited series could hurt the story overall, but since the issue focuses on the theme of family, it provides a heart-warming feeling that will surely leave readers happy. I will surely be re-reading the series and will definitely recommend it to others.

I can say with full confidence that I had a blast reading this comic. On top of the unique portrayal of causing bad luck as a power, the overall story is just fantastic. Overall, I really enjoyed reading Big Hero 6: The Series #1. It built upon the already established elements in previous material while also promising to build more in this universe. The ending of the main story sets up the second issue in a much more traditional sense by adding a cliffhanger but it's very effective. The short story at the end was quite funny, especially since it shows a new version of BayMax. I look forward to seeing how the rest of the series plays out.

I really enjoyed reading this issue and I'm continuously impressed with every installment of the series. Part of what I like about the series is that the character of Tim's reminds me so much of Harry Potter. Since Gaiman's work was released first, it wouldn't surprise me if some inspiration from Tim was placed upon Harry. Regardless, this series continues to give a great story and will undoubtedly continue to do so.

Overall, I really enjoyed reading the first issue of Coffin Bound #1. Aside from the part of the comic in the middle that was a bit confusing, it did an incredible job setting up the direction that the entire series will take. Given the way the comic ended, learning more about Izzy will surely be a highlight of the series. The sinister force that's after her showed just how terrifying and dangerous he can be. It looks like Izzy and The Vulture are in for quite a road trip and I will surely be picking up future issues.

Overall, the creative team has once again delivered a phenomenal issue. The friendship is already starting to have issues without Ben to lead. I'm hoping that they'll come out of this but it wouldn't surprise me if the challenges only get bigger from here on out. The ending of Dead End Kids #2 surely elevates the stakes of the entire series as a whole. It propels the story to become an even bigger mystery and makes it clear that Amanda, Tank, and Murphy are not safe. I look forward to reading the next issue of this amazing comic series.

Overall, I really enjoyed reading Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Volume 13. The change of pace in this volume to include more action was a major highlight. With Demon Slayer as the series' title, it's hard to imagine that it doesn't involve more than its fair share of action... The series' aesthetic and artwork continues to be a major element that carries the series forward. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next.

I had an absolute blast in continuing to read this action packed coming-of-age story. It does an incredible job in making Miguel question himself rather than thrusting him into the role as hero without any dilemmas. Things are most likely going to pick up fast, especially because of the way the issue left off. I'm looking forward to reading the next issue and will definitely look at the previous incarnations of heroes.

Dial H For Hero #3 has also made great use of side characters and the hero designs have been just as incredible as before. With only a few issues left, it's acceptable to assume that the series will dive into the plot completely. All hands on deck for the rest of the series.

I have no doubt that the creative team will deliver another phenomenal six issues.

Overall, I had an absolute blast not only reading this issue but writing this review. I've been a fan of The Flash for a long time and have read a lot of Flash stories, but this might be the story I've ever looked forward to reading the most. The creative team has done a phenomenal job carrying the same essence that was established during the first chapter of this fresh take on The Flash's origin. With the story not fully revealing too much, it's still a perfect time for new readers to jump in and get a fantastic story of Barry's early days of being a superhero. It's hard to think of where this story can go, but there's little doubt that this has been one of the most innovativeFlash stories told in recent history.

The creative team has delivered yet another phenomenal chapter to this Year One story arc. Barry found the necessary confidence to face off against his first major villain. He's also able to spend time with those he cares for and balance his life. But the way this issue ended will surely make Barry realize that not everything about being a hero is simple. It'll be interesting to see both what sort of lessons Barry learns from this and what sort of difficulties will arise from the introduction of another major Flash rouge.

Things are getting even more serious and I am honestly on the edge of my seat waiting to read what happens next. The creative team is continuously making a memorable Year One story. Barry's character has been written well by Williamson throughout the entire arc. It gives an interesting new take on a hero that has made such an impact on my life. The ending has set up quite an interesting challenge for Barry to deal with. But one thing is for sure, this will be one of the fiercest challenges of his entire career of being The Flash.

But I for one am very grateful to have read each installment in the arc as it progressed.

I could not have imagined a better way for this Year One arc to have ended. It not only retold the story of Barry Allen from a different perspective but it helps embody who he is as The Flash. The ending of the arc sets up the future dangers that Barry will have to deal with. From the looks of things, he'll be in for quite a challenge as many sinister forces will be coming after him. The short snippet at the end teases a deadly alliance that will prove to be quite challenging for Barry.

Overall, I really enjoyed reading and reviewing He-Man and the Masters of the Multiverse #1. Given that the Masters of the Universe franchise was a major component of my childhood, it's incredible to see that it still has a major place in the realm of comic books in 2019. Combining such an interesting premise, world-building, and nostalgia, the creative team have created a comic that new and old fans of He-Man will surely enjoy.

Ultimately, I recommend this for both wrestling and non-wrestling fans. Wrestling hasn't really been a topic that has been written in comics for a few years now, so seeing something like this brings me joy. I will continue to review any issues from this series as they come out.

After just one issue, this has quickly become one of my favorite current comic series. Aside from the inspiration, the premise is what really drew me in. I had a fantastic time reading this issue. It focuses on character development and finds ways for readers to care about it. The dynamic of this blossoming relationship is handled well and many readers could definitely relate to it. Since the series focuses on LGBTQ characters, it shows that stories that are centered around members of the community matter enough to be told. It gives me hope that telling stories like these will continue to be accepted and praised. This is a comic series I wholeheartedly recommend.

Like the previous four issues, this new installment did not disappoint. It was an enjoyable read that hasn't lost the spark that's made this series a must-read. It continues to shine a light on the LGBTQ+ community and does an excellent job showing how close this basketball team has become. The issue also includes stories that focus on other characters, which erases any belief that this would just focus on a romantic relationship blossoming and the formation of a basketball team. It will surely be interesting to see where the series goes from here.

I shouldn't have been surprised, but I wasn't expecting the series to get serious that quickly. That seriousness makes this series much more special since it's not taking any time with unnecessary plot elements.
