OverallA solid second issue in which we see the beginnings of Nemesis's return to his old ways. The addition of Pedro is very likely going to make for an interesting partnership as this story progresses. Plot
Nemesis arrives in Brazil to recruit Pedro Hernandez as his sidekick, for that he gives him a series of clues that will help him escape from the authorities. Pedro passes this test with honors.

Nemesis begins to train Pedro as he was trained, physically and mentally, from martial arts to computer engineering. Nemesis needs to recover his fortune and then take revenge on the heroes who defeated him.

Nemesis christens Pedro Rookie and he has a cool uniform design. Nemesis has his Robin, this perverse dynamic duo is now ready to plunder the world.

On the other hand, the nurse that Nemesis blinded is going to be used as a living weapon against Nemesis, the group that recruits him seeks revenge, since Nemesis murdered people loved by each of them.

The nurse has a powerful suit and glasses that restore his vision and he is ready to take revenge. All of this technology comes from a Fraternity hideout, and these are weapons capable of eliminating superheroes.

Art
Valerio Giangiordano presents art with many textures adorned with shadows, where the facial expressions are so clear and well recreated that they make you feel the wrath of Nemesis. His anatomy scales are robust, which makes this villain even more frightening. Each panel is striking and unforgettable. The color palette is cold and focused on a sepia tone.
