    Issue #4 of Batgirl was a slight improvement over issue #3. While I have been enjoying the series throughout, I'm starting to feel that the actual story might have been stretched too thin. The artwork continues to be great, and the emotional moment between Cassandra and Lady Shiva was definitely a highlight for me as it further developed their relationship. And with what happened at the end of the issue, I'm interested to see how Cassandra responds and what her next course of action is. Read Full Review

    Overall I had to remind myself I liked this issue because the dialogue was really bothering me. It gets better as the plot returns to Casandra's inner monologues and observations, and we're staying with her headspace in driving the book.     Cassandra Cain IS an interesting person with quite a bit of potential that still feels more or less unrealized as things move forward. There would be so much more that could be done with the overall feel of things that simply isnt being explored at all. Brombal and company seem to be moving in a direction that might realize some of Cains potential, but its going to be kind f a long journey as there are many, many obstacles being placed in front of Cass.
