Geek Dad - Ray Goldfield Nov 8, 2022

This book has really emphasized their friendship in a nice waybut let's be honest, it feels like a lot more than friendship at times and I would love to see DC actually take the leap and confirm that in the coming year. One way or another, it's great to see these girls getting the spotlight they deserve again. Read Full Review

‘Batgirls' might have reached the end of Bat Girl Summer, but the fall and beyond for these characters is just as bright and awesome. Becky Cloonan and Michael W. Conrad bring their third arc to a close, handily launching their fourth as well as bringing several strong moments of character development to the cast. Neil Googe finishes his fourth issue with strong, sketchy linework, really highlighting the strengths of each character and their cartoony, action appeal. Read Full Review

Weird Science - Gabe Hernandez Nov 7, 2022

Batgirls #12 brings the hunt for the Hill Ripper to an end with a respectable amount of dramatic tension, plenty of action, and a decent conclusion to the killing spree. That said, the dialog in the first half is terrible, the tone is wildly inconsistent compared to the previous issue, and the art, especially the coloring, is odd. Read Full Review

This issue, while probably not my favorite in the run, is really solid. It's a fun romp that I think most fans of these characters will enjoy. Read Full Review
