Ed Brisson, Dexter Soy, Veronica Gandini and Steve Wands are killing it with this series so far, killing being the operative word. With stellar storytelling, art and lettering, this series does a great job of expanding on what made Slade Wilson the dark hearted bastard that we know and love to hate. As it unfolds, I cant wait to see what comes next for the character and this team. Read Full Review
The main thing that holds my interest here is his businesslike but deeply enmeshed relationship with Wintergreen, who is quickly becoming his only real connection left, as the two of them rocket towards an explosive confrontation with their target and potentially rival assassins. Read Full Review
Deathstroke Inc. #13 slowed down a lot. This is common with transitional issues, but it's still a bit disappointing. As far as transitional chapters go however, this was pretty top tier. Read Full Review

I guess is that part of the movie, oops, I mean comic, where the story slows down, we get some comedic relief and the characters take a breath. Except Slade does not feels like doing that. Anyway, the most interesting thing here is how the first pages mirror Part 1, I believe this is supposed to say that Slade died after the experiment, in a symbolic way. Or literal. Again, good stuff, love seeing Wintergreen and Slade together. The drama with Adeline works well too and the artwork, as always, great. So of course, I must continue to recommend this series.
I know people are over year ones. But I'm still liking this. Deathstroke comes back from the dead and meets up with Wintergreen, who tells him to call his damn wife. He finally does and the situation is straining both her and his son. It shows that he's not really a good dad. Refusing to fail, he goes back after the target.
