"Warzone" concludes with a tremendous team-up never before seen in DC Comics history as the Justice League joins forces with Sgt. Rock, Enemy Ace, the Creature Commandos and OMAC to destroy a bizarre threat that could plunge our heroes into endless war!
This issue was a guilty pleasure that looked great, but unfortunately ends this last full JLU arc with a whimper. After so much setup, the ending was too quick and just lackluster. All in all, this story was kind of a letdown, and I can see why this series is getting cancelled next month. I had hoped that a team up book of this nature would have some nice 2 or 3-part stories with rotating cast of 4 or 5 characters…however, I think Parker may have tried to cram too much into too short of an arc. What started out as a terrific premise has ended in disappointment. The story isn't explained in a way that is satisfying and the villain is pathetically weak. The issue has very little to offer other than some decent artwork. Read Full Review
