This is one of the most bizarre, charismatic bits of comic book storytelling I've encountered in forever, and I hope that more people will get in on this.I feel like they won't, but y'know, the symbol stands for blah blah blah. Read Full Review

So creative and well done.
Best issue of Superman I've read in a long time.
Shamelessly Silver Age. It’s got the imagination, the silliness, and most importantly, the heart. This book is everything that makes DC Comics great - fantasy and humor grounded in real emotion.
Clever theme that I don’t see too often - about how Superman sees Kryptonite as a form of rejection from his home planet. Sad stuff… very excited to see how this story concludes.
An amazing book! Can’t wait for the next issue !
This makes All Star superman from Grant Morrison seem so grounded I'm reality. But it's executed really well, and I like Superman creating his own "Bat-mite". I am excited to see how it all ends, and after it ends I will probably read this series in its entirety.
I love Ice Cream Man, but this series is just not doing it for me. I feel like each issue so far has become less interesting.
