"The Scales"
Accounts are balanced and old grudges are settled. Revenge is the order of the day.
The best issue of the series to date, Black Monday Murders finally shows Mammon the god and he answers their questions giving the reading a better understanding of his powers and how it affects the people that believe in him as well as the students in his schools. This issue also presents more questions that will most likely be addressed later in the series, keeping fans like myself eager to see the direction the series will go. Several violent cliffhangers towards at the end of this entry, keeping the reader anxious for October 25th, the release date for the next issue. — Pierre Read Full Review

The world of The Black Monday Murders is dark and eerie, but definitely one that is worth exploring. Read Full Review
Everything I was hoping for. A big issue for Dumas and the Dr, and we get some more specifics about the nature of sacrifice and the market. Some further exposition for Caina and others as well. Not a dull moment with The Black Monday Murders! Definitely recommended.
A super dark story that's a great metaphor for what is really happening in today's society. It's quite clear that Mammon is not THE main devil but one of many. Coker's art and Garland's colors are fantastic!
