The journey into a deadly Decepticons path of redemption closes on a solid note. Johnson slow builds the drama with the writing. Howard, Spicer and Wooton brings the misleading nature of a broken soul to life with the images. The Energon Universe had better brace for the unforgiving evil forthcoming. Read Full Review

The basic format of both franchises had been so narrowly defined for so long. It doesn't take much to change things and mutate them in a way that makes them fresh and interesting. Daniel, Warren Johnson and company are doing a really good job of playing with the elements in a way that is respective to to what they've been through before a while. I looooove Starscream. And I forget how violent this book can get, it shocks me every time in the best way possible.
