THE AGE OF X-MAN CONCLUSION!
• Perfect is an idea...an idea that by its nature does not fit into reality.
• The X-Men have seen the truth of a perfect world.
• That world is coming apart at the seams.

Marco Failla delivers some great art in this issue and the contrast between the visual style of Nate's flashback and the present is simple, but effective. Read Full Review
The zipatone effect is a little heavy in the opening scene but on the whole, this is one of the more satisfying issues of the entirety of the "Age of X-Man." Read Full Review
While this mini series, wasn't one I was always looking forward to each issue, the ending really nailed it! We get a sense that the books are all going to get getting connected by the end of their run in a way. As well as seeing more of what Nature Girl can do which now I'm hoping we see her when Hickman takes over. The change in art really did a great job to let us know when a time shift has occurred as well as help tell the story! Read Full Review
I must be honest and say that Marvelous X-Men has not been my favorite element of the Age of X-Man event, but its pacing and execution is consistent enough to keep me reading, issue after issue, even when events are confusing. Read Full Review
While the issue is definitely rushed to reach a certain endpoint, it is still an enjoyable experience with magnificent art. Read Full Review
I think all this speaks to the quality of the book, mini-series, and event as a whole. There was a great idea here but, the follow through was just not executed properly. The creative team got lost in the middle and then scrambled at the end to tie it all up for the upcoming Age of X-Man Omega. If you have been following the mini-series, definitely pick this one up. It's still a good read and you might be happy to have some of these burning questions finally answered. Read Full Review
It's disappointing to see Marvelous X-Men go when it's starting to get really good. Read Full Review
Marco Failla and Matt Milla make the issue look good, but in the end, it's just good enough to be disappointed that it wasn't better. Read Full Review
Its easy to be critical of Thompson and Nadler for the end of this series, but this issue isnt really the end. The final conclusion of the events which flowed through this series will happen in The Age of X-Man: Omega which will come out when all of the rest of the series comes to a close this summer. Its difficult to imagine the chapter which would make the five issues of this series feel at all satisfying as a contiguous whole, but there is every possibility that everything will wrap-up with some level of satisfaction once everything is lowered into place in that final issue of the event. This issue, though? This issue isnt terribly good. Read Full Review
Holy shite. I didn't see that ending coming.
"I am this world."
This was good. I don't think this idea was executed to its full potential but it did enough to keep me reading. Overall, this miniseries was just like the event itself. They didn't really know what to do with it and so we get a lot of great ideas but mediocre execution.
This issue looks far better than it deserves; Marco Failla really went the extra mile on the art.
Nate loading up his narration with a bunch of storytelling metaphors felt terribly lazy.
Solid stuff, not quite living up to my dreams of what this series could be, but what can you do?
