Rated T+
The action hits the issue in the first couple of pages and doesnt really let up for the entire length of the book. Theres a kind of purity in that. Moraless adjustment to the armor Stark has made for him is a fun addition to a story that features Stark doing something a bit more challenging than he is often called upon to do. Everyone seems to be reaching just a bit further than they normally would, which ends up being a lot of fun. Read Full Review

If "Carnage Reigns" is a detour on the journey, then this set of symbiote-infused series ought to remain a mainstay read for those who have discovered their surprisingly high bar of quality. Read Full Review
This event was fun enough.
An entertaining finale to what's been a really solid crossover. I was initially a little skeptical about this going in, but it ended up delivering. Ohta's art throughout is really good and only makes the book better. As for Ziglar's writing, it wasn't anything groundbreaking, but it was fun. Good stuff all around with this one and the crossover as a whole. I'm looking forward to what's coming next for Miles, Normie, and Cletus. Especially so with Miles, as I really enjoyed the first arc under Ziglar.
a pretty fun and satisfying issue. Overall I would give this entire crossover event a 7 out of 10. It's not mind-blowing, but I think it was fun and entertaining. Would reccomend this event to DC fans.
Wrapping up the “Carnage Reigns” crossover event that spanned Miles Morales: Spider-Man, Red Goblin, and Carnage, Carnage Reigns: Omega hits shelves today and was written by Cory Ziglar, with Julius Ohta and Rogê Antônio on art, Erick Arciniega on colors, and Cory Petit doing the lettering. The issue covers the final battle with Cletus Kasady and Kenneth Neely on one side, and Miles Morales, Iron Man, the rag tag team of unlikely heroes (Agent Gao, Scorpion, Hightail, and Red Goblin) on the other.
As the story begins, we’re immediately dropped into battle with a brilliant double-page spread featuring Miles, in his new Iron Spider suit, and Tony Stark, in his anti-symbiote suit, swinging/flying through the city sky. This more
It was fun? Just a lot of the typical super hero banter, talking while fighting. But it does have some fun doing it.
This is a rational conclusion to the event, but damn is it not an exciting one. Iron Man announces exactly how the heroes will win, and they do so after an interminable stretch of blow-by-blow combat. Uninspired storytelling (in both words and art) keeps the tension down and contributes to my boredom.
