How often does a major superhero title take an entire issue in the middle of its run to turn back the clock 3,600 years and tell a standalone story about characters you don't know at all? Read Full Review
Incredible Hulk #15 begins a new story as it takes us back to ancient times when a different Hulk challenged Eldest. The switch up from the present to the past is a bit of a surprise, but its done well. The art is good and Enkidu is a solid character who evokes elements of Bruce and Hulk while still staying his own person. While the action was brief here, the issue ends with the promise of more monstrous challenges for Enkidu to face next issue. Read Full Review
Earls delivers some beautifully dark and detailed art throughout the issue. The visuals craft some amazing vistas and character designs. Read Full Review
Incredible Hulk #15 continues Hulk's long, slow trek to save Charlie by taking yet another detour to tell a side story that drags the slow pace of this series even slower. Phillip Kennedy Johnson has cool ideas, but this series is so far away from a Hulk story that it might as well be an indie comic. Read Full Review
I don't really understand everything that's going on but I'm having a fun time with the book. If I did understand everything, it'd probably get a 10 from me.
This arc is a surprise detour, but seems like it’s going to be a pretty good one. Earls is a great fill-in artist on this book, and PKJ does a great job at world building. This arc may feel frivolous by its end, but right now it has potential.
thay strach the story very much
I like the horror approach to hulk as he is an invincible character who can't find challenges in the real world but the pacing was even slower in this issue iam a fan of slow world building but it's taking forever.
