This is an issue that does exactly what it needs to do, it drives the story forward while giving you an action packed good time. If you didn't read the first issue I think it would be a good time to pick both it and issue 2 up. Read Full Review
To be honest, Im enjoying this book much more than I expected to. As a sort of side-team, as an Avengers spinoff, this rather eclectic mix of character works quite well, and I can see reading them on a regular basis. Read Full Review
The joke here was saved by Immonen who is a first class artist who doesnt seem to get the respect he deserves. Hes a pro and he delivers no matter what comic book hes working on. While I'm confident that the issue will serve a wider story worth reading, it's hard to get too excited over this in and of itself. Better to just enjoy the jokes, take in the artwork and not worry too much about where the story is going until it actually gets there -- then go back and read it all properly. Read Full Review
I just hate the magic and the demon stuff like Bendis couldn’t think of something more original for the opening storyline?
