Out of all the "Avengers Now" books that have come out this fall, "Superior Iron Man" barely had my interest. It seemed like a gimmick at first, and despite liking Tom Taylor's DC work, I didn't have much faith in the book. This issue continues to prove that I should have, because as someone that isn't a big Iron Man fan, the fact that this is becoming my favorite Marvel ongoing speaks volumes about its quality. However, is Iron Man really the bad guy here? That is the underlying question this series explores as doing more good is doing more harm in the process. Is that the fault of the creator or is he entirely to blame because he know show this was going to all unfold and simply doesn't care. Read Full Review
Superior Iron Man has a good idea with the app craze on the city. It also has some decent supporting characters floating in and out of the book. Stark is depicted brilliantly at times and comically wrong others. The book has a lot going for it and is definitely organized in a succinct fashion. The book is worth checking out. Read Full Review
"Superior Iron Man" #4 draws a conclusion to Daredevil's issues with Iron Man's Extremis roll out in a most unexpected way. Taylor makes Tony Stark more of a jerk than he's ever been and gives readers plenty of anxious moments for future stories as Stark continues down the path his inversion set him on. Four issues in, this concept is showing no sign of reversing and, at this point, I'd rather it doesn't as "superior" Tony Stark is exactly the kind of arrogant character that is fun to read, especially knowing that his fall is coming at some point. Megalomaniacal Tony Stark has evolved Extremis to turn San Francisco into a "crime-free zone," which rhymes with "police state." Not only is the public unbelievably adoring while ignoring his Putin-esque machinations, but Superior Iron Man's problem is a lack of meaningful conflict. Read Full Review

Sooo good. I have no idea why the critics gave it bad reviews.
Fun to read, action-packed, progresses the story. Daredevil and Tony are both so relatable, just slightly different morals. I love the moral dilemma because some people could really agree with Tony. So much better than “villains” who destroy for no reason.
I love how they explained why he chose San Francisco. I love how he beat him, cuz you know he was just about to swing away. I loved Tony’s “solution” to the violence. Soooo good.
This comic needs to come with its own theme song, I'm thinking Nazareth's "Hair of the Dog" ("Now your messing with a, a son of a bitch!") At least that what plays in my head while reading. Tony is hilariously (and sometimes not so hilariously) amoral in this ish in which he doesn't give the devil his due. I'm loving this thing. Suprior has quickly become my favorite Marvel title.

Good, but weakest of the series.
Not a fan of this issue. Basically just Matt being stupid and confrontational and Tony being stupid and evil.
