I’ll sound like a broken record but if you haven’t dived into this run, what are you waiting for?! Every arc is somehow better than the last. The character’s development is making huge changes that’ll go down in X-Men history. The stories will have you hooked onto every page. Plus, the creative team makes this entire issue a feast for the eyes. The Uncanny X-Men #35 continues that impossibly high quality that we’re so used to seeing in this run. Read Full Review

The demons within strike Rogue and Gambit as his curse worsens in this latest chapter! Simone locks in on their struggles while staging Howler’s storyline in a new direction. Vecchio and Wilson deliver a showcase of action and drama between the panels. This series keeps redefining what X-Men stories should be! Read Full Review

    Astonishingly Awful

This is not the worst issue of Safe Space X-Men. At least there‘s a threat that’s not supernatural and the X-Men don’t get attacked on their own grounds. It’s nice to see them become more proactive. However, Vecchio‘s art is stiff and lifeless as usual and often confusing in the action scenes.

We get wildride pt 3. Featuring another part of the Gambit possession storyline. This time featuring yet another of Gail’s creations, the mutant exorcist Repent. How a mutant exorcist is even a thing idk but Gail creates new characters nonstop in hopes something will click with fans. Not much happens here. Just more of the same old bad story that continues to plague the book. It’s always a new character and very little of the characters we actually care about. What little you see of those characters, like Wolverine they are just talking. Lurking in the background because we need to have more outliers or trauma dumps. If i had a dollar for every time someone cries in this book I’d have enough to buy marvel and fire Gail. Don’t read this book more
