I have no idea what's going on with the rest of the War of the Realms. Honestly, I don't care. I do care deeply about the New Agents of Atlas and the beautiful character and narrative work that Pak and Lim are doing to bring this diverse cast of characters to a local comic shop near me. I do care deeply about the small interactions between heroes punctuating the grander scheme of a cosmic war being waged on earth. I do care about this series so much, and that's more than enough for me. Read Full Review
A decent issue that is somewhat pivotal to the Asian continent's place in the War of the Realms. Read Full Review
The main problem with this issue is that there's 10 heroes to juggle in this series, and only a few are established characters. The new characters don't really get more than a moment or two to shine, so they all seem sadly generic outside of their character designs. Read Full Review
The art by Lim is beautiful and my biggest complaint for this issue is that the newer characters like White Fox, Luna Snow, Aero, Sword master, and Crescent don’t get enough panel time because there are about a dozen characters to shuffle around.
Way too many characters, but otherwise this was a fine comic.
How do you say, “I’m bored of this because there are too many characters and I don’t know who any of them are” in fire?
