    The best Cable stories are the ones that ground the more eccentric elements of time travel and prophecies with an emotional core. It took a minute to find in this arc but Ed Brisson maximizes that to the betterment of the overall story at play in X-Force #8. Read Full Review

    This story continues to be a fun, character-driven dark-toned futuristic romp. A good action comic need not be profound, so long as the flow is fast and the script is enjoyable. This is very much the case for this story. Read Full Review

    While the issue is just one piece of the puzzle, it's an issue that stands out for the inconsistent art. Thankfully Brisson continues to deliver the action and fun dialogue, a nice distraction that has me coming back for the next issue. Read Full Review
