Although there's a few minor issues with this book, overall, it's fantastic. This is how events should be done. Venditti, Braithwaite, and Martin provide a story full of twists and turns that feels natural and not forced. As great as the issue is, fans won't be able to stop thinking about where this is headed and what the aftermath is going to be like. Overall, I highly recommend this issue and this event, especially the tie ins. Read Full Review

This crossover yet again doesn't disappoint. Venditti and Braithwaite deliver possibly the most exciting entry yet, as the Armor Hunters conflict grows even bigger. Through all the captivating chaos, the creative team doesn't lose any sight of characters' core. Read Full Review
The book moves a great pace, Robert Venditti's writing makes these events seem like they are happening naturally and organically. Nothing feels forced or overdone. There's nothing predictable about this book. Read Full Review
Armor Hunters #3 is an excellent penultimate issue that raises the bar with its amazing sequence that results in multiple surprises, and sets the stage for an earth shattering showdown. Aside from unexplained behavior by Primary Reebo in the middle of this issue, you'll be on edge from beginning to end as everything from the artwork to the dialogue will keep you engrossed and anticipating what could happen next. I do wonder how everything could be wrapped up in one issue especially with Malgam on the loose but I have confidence that it will be an exciting and satisfactory conclusion. Read Full Review

As this issue of Armor Hunters concludes the world continues to descend into pandemonium. The fate of everyone is just about up in the air right now and anything goes when the fight is now at ground level.Valiant's summer crossover sensation rockets toward a climax so big it's going to register on the Richter scale. That is no exaggeration when it's doubtful anyone will walk out of this the same as when it began. Read Full Review
As a result, the second half of the book becomes a massive action set piece, worthy of a summer blockbuster. Doug Braithwaite's pencils make this scene come alive, conveying the action perfectly. It's great that Venditti is able to strike a balance between the smarter aspects of this book (plot and character progression) while still maintaining a lotof the dumb fun (the massive action scenes) that bring excitement to the book. Armor Hunters #3 was a great issue of Valiant's summer event, reminding comic book readers how great events can be. It brings massive spectacle to the table, but it doesn't rely solely on that to maintain the interest of the readers. Read Full Review
The Armor Hunters miniseries has been a lot of fun for me as it's given me a decent view of where parts of the cast of the Valiant universe stand at this point and it does draw me into wanting to read more about them, or at the least continuing on from here. But even with that, Armor Hunters is telling a good if classic style story of the alien invader, the plucky heroes and the grinding down that they get while never giving up. Well, except for when they give up. This issue has a bit more action than the previous one, but again, it's mostly about the scale of things as it's not just a slugfest between hero and villain. It's not hugely nuanced, but it's more entertaining and engaging because it's dealing with it in a better way. Read Full Review
There are still a number of Armor Hunter related tie-ins still to come, Venditti and Braithwaite teasing an assumedly epic confrontation. It's anyone's guess as to whether they can pull it off, but with the fate of the world at stake, we're willing to bet they'll do just fine. Read Full Review
There seems like a lot of ground left to cover for this series, but I have no doubt that the creative team will pull off the big finish. The thing is you shouldn't expect a finish that ties everything in a bow. That's why I keep mentioning that there will be lasting effects from Armor Hunters on the Valiant U. We're going to deal with this fallout for a while I'd imagine. Read Full Review
So great! Best issue yet.

I'm really loving this series. Action packed.
Best issue yet. Some more personal elements are present here, along with smart, giant-sized action. The art is excellent.
