Stranded on an island of monsters! Following his run-in with the Justice League, Damage was dropped in a remote location in the middle of the ocean, a lost land of some of the most dangerous creatures to ever roam the Earth. And now Damage is one of them- but only for an hour a day. The rest of the time, Ethan Avery is an ordinary man, and he is going to have to survive by his wits if he ever wants to get back to the mainland alive. That is, if there isn't more to this island than is obvious on the surface. Is there a more sinister reason that all these monsters have been stranded together?

Damage #14 was a fast read, but got us to where we needed to be for Ethan to begin understanding where he has been going wrong in his concept of trust. This could all come from understanding what it really means to be a monster, or understanding that there might always bare a greater responsibility as a monster. Read Full Review
Damage has been a mostly subpar comic to this point, but it could've been so much more had it tried this out earlier. Read Full Review

That seems to be the question Damage wants to answer, because we're two issues away from the end and it still barely feels like we know Ethan Avery and his monster alter ego at all. Read Full Review
The art is like the Dan Jurgen's run on Death of Superman. But the writing is not superlative at this point as I think enough Damage has been done. As they say in social media"."I'm just going to leave this right here"." I hope the writers do the same with Damage. Read Full Review
This maybe the shortest review I've ever written, mostly because the content provided here is paper thin until page fourteen on this issue. Damage issue fourteen may possibly be attempting to make history as the quickest comic book reading experience going. It just seems like with the exception of art duties the creative arm responsible for a story forgot to do their homework. Read Full Review
I knew Damage was done when I had to get this and the final issue special ordered because my Comic shop didn't bother to stock it on the shelves. Issue #13 was pretty rough, totally undermined Damage as a character with Batman getting the best of him and dumping him on an island populated by monsters.
This issue is a bit better but suffers from the hindsight of my knowing that there are two issues left and that the character hasn't appeared anywhere else since the series was canceled. This is essentially a dead series with a dead lead and the only reason to follow it is to complete the run.
The comic starts with Damage crashing on the island. He's only got about 30 minutes on his timer before he transforms back to hi more
This issue is just fight scenes. No real story. Just like every other issue. The fact that this is all we get every single issue is making me really start to hate this title with a passion.
